Dr Priya Sonia Patel is an experienced Dental Surgeon and Aesthetic practitioner with a career spanning over 18 years. She began her professional journey in the UK before working in Singapore for several years, where she practised private dentistry and aesthetics. In 2021 she returned to the UK when she later established Reform Aesthetics and Dental in 2024.
Combining clinical precision with a refined aesthetic fluency, Dr Priya is dedicated to delivering natural, harmonious results through evidence-based techniques. Her expertise extends beyond practice and her passion in Aesthetics has lead to her also working as a trainer for a renowned international training Academy – Derma Medical, where she educates and mentors other medical professionals in Aesthetic procedures.
Dr Priya’s approach embodies professionalism, innovation, and uncompromising care, ensuring every patient receives exceptional, tailored treatment in a bespoke and trusted environment.

Welcome to Reform Aesthetics and Dental. I am Dr Priya Sonia Patel the founder of Reform Aesthetics and Dental. I have been working as a Dental Surgeon since 2007 and developed a specialist interest in Aesthetic Medicine since 2010.
In addition to working in Aesthetic Medicine I also work as an Expert Aesthetic Trainer for Cosmetic Courses whereby I train other medical professionals who are keen to perform aesthetic procedures and work alongside the top Plastic surgeons.
This opportunity has allowed me to further develop my passion in aesthetics and rejuvenation techniques and pass on my skills and expertise to other medical professionals

Shyam is our in-house certified nutritionist who brings to Reform a wealth of expertise in health and nutrition and overall wellbeing. He also specialises in weight loss management providing personalised nutrition plans which instils lasting results suited to your lifestyle.
He also has experience in helping women navigate the physiological changes as well as physical challenges that come with women of a menopausal age group.

Rae has had extensive experience in Dentistry since 2011. Her dedication to patient care and interest in overall Skin health has led her to further her qualifications in aesthetic treatments such as Chemical Peels and Microneedling which she offers at Reform.
Rae’s warm, approachable nature combined with a keen eye for detail makes her a trusted professional in both dental care and skin aesthetics. Her warm and reassuring presence ensures patients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their journey at Reform Medical.

Dental Surgeon (Periodontal Gum Specialist & Implantologist)
Dr Muataz Osman is a highly skilled dentist with special interest in periodontics and implant dentistry dedicated to providing expert care in gum disease treatment, implant dentistry, and oral surgery. Recognized for his expertise he holds a Post Graduate Certificate in both Implant Dentistry and Restorative Dentistry awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons. Further advancing his skillset, he completed an advanced PG Certificate in Full Mouth Oral Implant Rehabilitation through ICE Hospital in collaboration with the University of Salford.
Dr. Osman’s practice is exclusively focused on Periodontics, Implant dentistry, and Oral surgery. He specializes in treating gum disease through non-surgical and surgical approaches, managing soft tissue conditions, and replacing missing teeth with dental implants – from single-tooth restorations to full-mouth restorations. He also performs complex surgical extractions.

Liz is the Assistant Practice Manager at Reform Aesthetics & Dental clinic, bringing over 10 years of experience in Private Healthcare. Having spent several years working overseas in Asia, she has extensive experience supporting high-calibre patients and delivering exceptional standards of care and service.
In her role, Elizabeth oversees the day-to-day running of the clinic and manages the front-of-house team, ensuring that every aspect of the practice operates smoothly and efficiently. She carefully follows each patient’s journey from their first enquiry through to treatment and aftercare, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
